We understand that long waits can be frustrating, but please be patient with both staff and physicians.

Due to patient volume the staff may be instructed to stop checking in patients.

For family practice patients dropping off forms, please allow the physician at least 7 business days to complete them.

Patients are required to call and cancel their appointment with 48 hours notice. Missed appointments will be subject to $40 fee for a regular appointment and $70 for a missed physical appointment. Please check the fee schedule page.
